On April 27, 2017, the Skyline Apartment REIT purchased its third property in the town of Fergus, ON. The property at 250 Queen Street East was purchased for $8.1M and has a total of 67 units, bringing Skyline Apartment REIT’s total unit count in Fergus to 292.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Apartment REIT comprises 187 properties in 49 communities across six provinces (ON, SK, NL, QC, AB and BC). Its total unit count is now 16,821.
