Skyline is pleased to announce University of Guelph Real Estate and Housing Program student Otto Wramhed as the 2013 Skyline Real Estate Scholarship recipient.

Otto has demonstrated academic excellence, passion for the real estate industry and care for the community throughout his student career – he is a member of the University of Guelph Real Estate and Housing Students’ Association, serving as a Corporate Relations Representative, and has also lent a hand in several building initiatives for Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, he currently owns and manages his own student rental property in Ottawa, ON.

Skyline congratulates Otto for his remarkable achievements, and is thrilled to announce that he has joined the Commercial Operations team in Ottawa as a Tenant Service Coordinator, as part of the Real Estate and Housing Program’s Co-op. In his role at Skyline, Otto will learn about commercial leasing and operations, the management of commercial buildings, measurement of vacancy, and the control and coordination of trades within the buildings.

In September, Otto will be returning to the University of Guelph, where he is pursuing his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate and Housing Management.

The Skyline Real Estate Scholarship is awarded annually to an exceptional student in the University of Guelph’s Real Estate and Housing program. To be considered for the scholarship, students must demonstrate academic strength, leadership and notable work in the community and with the Real Estate and Housing Program.
