On Friday, May 30th, 2014, Skyline Apartment REIT purchased a 7-property portfolio consisting of residential buildings in the cities of Chatham, ON and Sarnia, ON, communities in which the Skyline Apartment REIT is already well-established.
The portfolio of properties includes:

620 Berkshire Road, Sarnia, ON
325 Willowdale Crescent, Sarnia, ON
343 Grand Avenue East, Chatham, ON
100 McFarlane Avenue, Chatham, ON
50 Merritt Avenue, Chatham, ON
The total purchase price for the portfolio was $32,250,000, bringing the Skyline Apartment REIT’s total IFRS value to $1,031,876,000.
Skyline Apartment REIT currently has 132 properties and 10,524 units in 43 communities across four provinces, with 718,952 square feet of commercial space.
