Director of Acquisitions for Skyline, Mike Bonneveld leads the Skyline Acquisitions team and is responsible for sourcing all new acquisitions and dispositions, all property due diligence and closing of all investment transactions. Mike holds an Honours BA in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario and is a registered Saleperson in Ontario. Mike has over fifteen years of real estate experience working with a number of Canadian investment banks in the field of real estate corporate finance as well as and public real estate companies running acquisitions. Mike is focused on the continued growth and expansion of Skyline’s real estate portfolio throughout Skyline’s existing communities and throughout the Province, through quality acquisitions. |
