As a result of our continued growth, Skyline is searching for enthusiastic and energetic people to enhance the quality of our organization. Currently we are looking for honest and reliable candidates, able to work as live-in Assistant Resident Managers at various sized buildings located in the cities listed below.
Essential duties of this position would include:

Assisting in apartment building management (I.E. rent collection and follow-up with tenants)

Cleaning and light repair work

Performing building maintenance
-
Assisting in the organization of special events/tenant projects
Qualifications we look for:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience renting apartments and assisting tenants
- Good maintenance and cleaning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, push and pull
Education & Experience:
- Secondary School Graduate Diploma or 5 years work related experience
