In order to expedite routine maintenance repairs, Skyline has developed a maintenance request form for Residents to complete and sign. This gives Skyline permission to enter the suite for the purpose of performing routine maintenance repairs. The Resident must complete this form, including Resident Consent where necessary, sign, and forward it to the Resident Manager(s).

What to expect
All maintenance requests are reviewed by Management and repairs will proceed where deemed necessary. Necessary repairs will proceed in a timely fashion in accordance with the priority of the maintenance and ability to contract for the service.
