Resident Managers

As a result of our continued growth, Skyline is searching for enthusiastic and energetic people to enhance the quality of our organization.  Currently we are looking for honest and reliable candidates able to work as live-in Resident Managers at various sized buildings located in the cities listed below.

Essential duties of this position would include: 

  • Apartment building management (I.E. Rent collection, bank deposits and follow-up with tenants)
  • General troubleshooting, maintenance and light repair work
  • Organize special events/tenant projects
  • Light cleaning of common areas
  • Administrative tasks including reading/responding to emails, paperwork and faxing/filing

Qualifications we look for:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience renting apartments and assisting tenants
  • Ability to mult-task and remain detail oriented
  • Good maintenance and cleaning skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, push and pull

Education & Experience:

  • Secondary School Graduate Diploma or 5 years work related experience.
