Currently we are looking for honest and reliable candidates able to perform administrative tasks and handle most maintenance issues independently. Essential duties of this position would include:
- Experience renting apartments and assisting with tenants (Collecting tenant rent and arrears, Performing building maintenance).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- General troubleshooting and office duties
- Organize special events/tenant projects
