Jason’s in depth knowledge of construction and building systems, coupled with his practical experience in asset management, make him a natural as the Chief Operating Officer for Skyline. Jason has in depth understanding of construction, negotiation skills, market analysis processes, and expense control which allow him to maintain performance at optimum levels. His leadership and team building skills result in Jason being able to assemble and manage a successful team to support him in effective portfolio management. Jason is a competitive entrepreneur with a creative mind and good business sense. His positive approach to challenges and determination to improve asset performance will carry Skyline through to its projected growth targets. Jason also sits on the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario's (FRPO's) board. This group is the province's leading advocate for landlords and tenants. They believe that the industry must have a strong voice to ensure a stable, healthy operating environment. |
