I would like to take a moment to bring to your attention the high quality of customer service provided to me, and how helpful Sean and Betty have been since my arrival from British Columbia in October, 2010.  They have gone above and beyond, what I would consider normal customer service, in assisting me with obtaining my apartment and from my transition moving from British Columbia to London. They are both very professional, pleasant, and helpful individuals.

 

I am very impressed with their unrelenting strive for professionalism and their ability to multitask with what must be a huge number of tenant demands.  Their job must be at times a very difficult one, trying to keep the number of tenants happy that live in this complex, but their smiles and attitude are always pleasant and this is very commendable.

 

Anytime I have had a problem, whether it was maintenance or just a question needing answered, they have been extremely prompt with responding and rectifying the matter. I am truly impressed by their professional approach in handling and resolving issues promptly and amicably.  I am sure you would agree that having such a high calibre of employees is a great asset to your company.
