Our building managers Mike and Debbie, are not only wonderful people and great to talk to, they are amazing at keeping things in tip top shape in this building. Whenever I have had a concern or need, they attend to it within 24 hours. It makes me feel important. This is also a very safe quiet builiding with controlled entrance, and the pool that they just renovated is absolutely incredible to say the least!!! We are very lucky to live in an apartment with so much class with such affordable rent. As a professional musician, the low maintenance and freedom that living here gives me is so great because I am on the road a lot. It is affordable, high end and close to the heart of downtown. We also have families that live here which means my children don't have to be perfectly quiet. Kids are allowed to be kids here. I love the covered parking in both summer and winter. I could go on all day. Let's just say I am a very happy Skyline customer. As they say, Make the move! St. Thomas is also great as a city because you can get to any destination within 5 mins. This makes shopping a breeze. I love where my apartment is located for that reason.

I hope this makes it to the site so everyone can see how much my husband, son (who visits on weekends) and myself enjoy being at Skyline Properties. The Management here are helpful and have just installed a dart board, a few weeks ago they put in a pool table we also have a puzzle room to sit, relax and to do puzzles. It is a wonderful place to meet people and get to know your neighbors and make new friends.

I honestly can say that we enjoy living here and plan to for a long time. Thank you Skyline Staff for all you do and for making everything so comfortable.
