Jason Castellan is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Skyline Incorporated. Since 1991, Mr. Castellan has been an owner and manager of investment real estate, starting out with a student rental portfolio and gradually moving to larger apartment buildings. Since 1999, Mr. Castellan has been an officer and director of 15 corporations which owned properties managed by Skyline Incorporated. He is active in the investor relations and asset management portion of the portfolio. Mr. Castellan has a Bachelor of Science at the University of Guelph.
Roy (Jason) Ashdown is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Skyline Incorporated. Mr. Ashdown has in depth experience in construction and building systems. Since 1996, Mr. Ashdown has been an owner and manager of residential and commercial real estate. Since 1999, Mr. Ashdown has been devoted to managing Skyline Incorporated and the Existing Properties. He is a member of the asset management team and conducts due diligence on purchases, assesses current holdings and works closely with the Property Manager to enhance the quality and profitability of the Properties. Mr. Ashdown has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
  Martin Castellan is co-founder and Chief Development Officer of Skyline Incorporated. Since 1991, he has owned and managed investment real estate, beginning with a student rental portfolio and gradually moving to larger apartment buildings. Mr. Castellan is active in real estate development for Skyline Incorporated. Recent developments Mr. Castellan has been involved in include the construction of a new hotel and conference centre and a condominium-conversion project. Mr. Castellan has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours) from the University of Guelph, majoring in Management Economics in Industry and Finance.
Francis (Frank) Valeriote was called to the Bar in 1981. In September 1999, the firm of Valeriote and the firm of Smith merged to become SmithValeriote, the largest law firm in Guelph and surrounding area. Mr. Valeriote’s practice encompasses real estate, corporate/commercial law, wills, estate planning and a limited practice in family law. Mr. Valeriote represents several builders, local professional associations, several local non-profit organizations and associations and is active in apartment, residential and commercial purchases, sales and financing. He is active in representing many successful Guelph businesses as well as participating in estate planning for clients. Mr. Valeriote is presently Chairman of the Board of Missionary Ventures Canada, a member of the Guelph Business Enterprise Center and the Federal, Liberal Member of Parliment for the Guelph Riding.
Jonathan Halpern is currently the President of Metropolitan Equities Limited, a privately owned real estate and investment company. Prior thereto, Mr. Halpern was a senior manager with an international accounting firm specializing in real estate and small business. Mr. Halpern also serves on the management committee of a privately-owned distributor of commercial flooring products throughout eastern Canada. Mr. Halpern is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba and Ontario, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree with distinction from the University of Manitoba.
G. Douglas Gamsby is a co-founder of Gamsby and Mannerow Limited which specializes in civil, municipal and environmental engineering. On his retirement in 2006, the firm had seventy employees with offices in Guelph, Owen Sound and Listowel. Mr. Gamsby has served as a volunteer member of the board of directors of Consulting Engineers of Ontario, the River Run Centre (City of Guelph), the Guelph Curling Club and the Rotary Club of Guelph (President 1978-79). For thirty years, Mr. Gamsby co-owned and managed a small real estate portfolio consisting of six properties. In 1961, Mr. Gamsby graduated with a degree in civil engineering from the University of Toronto.
Ronald Durst has been President and Chief Executive Officer of D.R. & EL Enterprises Inc. and R&E Durstfam Development Ltd., private corporations providing Consulting, Management, Administration and Financial Services since their formation in 1984. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of DFAM Hospitality Group Inc.. Prior to embarking on his business career, he served 34 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Logistics Officer serving in various command and staff appointments through-out Canada, in its far north, in Europe as part of NATO and in United Nations missions in Cyprus (UNIFICYP), Egypt (UNEFME) and the Golan Heights (UNDOF). He graduated from the Ontario Agriculture College, Guelph, Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSA) Degree majoring in Agricultural Economics and Business. As a soldier, he received several professional qualifications as a result of his post graduate studies and personal development.

Robert V. Breadner is President and Owner of Breadner Trailer Sales Amalgamated; a private holding and investment company which maintains equity positions in various private businesses.  A 1977 BBA graduate of Sir Wilfrid Laurier University, Robert was the former President and owner of Breadner Trailer Sales Limited; North America Largest Transport Trailer Distributorship with dealerships across Canada with sales exceeding $250 million in 2000.   Named one of Canada 50 best companies four years in a row and awarded Ontario's Entrepeneur of the Year 1996, Robert sold the business in 2001.
