Tell us what you or your company is willing to do to make a difference in your community and you could win a luxury suite for you and seven guests at an upcoming Guelph Storm home game.
There are just a few simple rules to keep in mind:
- Submissions will only be accepted using the form below. No emails or phone calls please.
- All fields in the submission form must be completed
- Limit of one (1) entry per person (not per company)
- The decision of the judges is final
- The prize must be accepted as awarded
- Any food or beverage ordered at the event are at the winner's expense
- You agree to have your name and/or company name used in a follow-up article in Exchange Magazine
- Winners are not granted permission to use the logos of the Gueph Storm, Skyline or Exchange Magazine in any way
- There is no cash value to the prize
The deadline for submissions is Friday, November 6th at 4pm. All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges made up of individuals from Exchange Magazine, The Guelph Storm and Skyline. The winner will have access to the Skyline Luxury Suite at the Sleeman Centre for one Guelph Storm home game with 8 VIP tickets included. The winner will be notified on Friday, November 13th and will also be announced in the November issue of Exchange Magazine.
All we ask is that you think of something that you or your company can do that will help make your community an even greater place in which to live and work.
