Launched in 2006, Skyline Apartment REIT is one of Canada’s fastest growing private multi-residential real estate entities. According to Canadian Apartment Magazine's 2013 Who's Who edition, it is currently ranked 7th among the top 10 largest owners and managers of multi-residential real estate in Canada. The geographically diversified portfolio is comprised of 136 properties in 41 communities across three Canadian provinces.

The Skyline Apartment REIT seeks income-producing residential properties in Ontario's secondary and tertiary markets, where supply is essentially fixed due to the high cost to build apartments.
