On Thursday, February 23rd, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT made its first purchase in the city of London, ON. 1551-1553 Dundas Street in London was purchased for $14.45M and is comprised of 51,450 square feet of retail space. Its tenants include Rexall, Value Village and Little Caesar’s.

1551-1553 Dundas Street is the Retail REIT’s first property in the city of London. Skyline Apartment REIT and Skyline Commercial REIT? are already well-established in the city, with 551 apartment suites and 365,093 square feet of commercial space respectively.

Post-acquisition, the Retail REIT comprises 56 properties in 38 Ontario communities, with more than 1.8 million square feet of retail space.
