Skyline is celebrating this week as it took home two industry awards from the Canadian Federation of Apartment Association (CFAA) at the annual Rental Housing Conference on Wednesday, June 7.

Our very own Beatrice Clivet went home with the Off-Site Employee of the Year Award. As Supervisor, PMA (Property Management Administrator), Beatrice works tirelessly to help her team provide amazing service to 30,000+ families that live in our buildings across Canada. She demonstrates her commitment to the Skyline team daily and plays an important role in staff training and improving processes.

Another Skyliner, Mavis Waruk, Resident Manager for 335 & 355 Adelaide Street (in Thunder Bay) took home the Resident Manager of the Year Award.  Thanks to the work that Mavis has done to create a sense of community, her buildings have a near-perfect occupancy rate and an extremely low turnover rate, despite being in a challenging location. She is always willing to go above and beyond for her residents and her colleagues. This was the company’s second year in a row winning Resident Manager of the Year.

Skyline is extremely proud to have both Beatrice and Mavis on the team – congratulations ladies!
