Sarah Yusyp, Skyline Living’s Director of Human Resources, is the proud winner of the Rising Star of the Year award from the 2023 Canadian HR Awards.
Sarah received the accolade at the premier 2023 Canadian HR Awards ceremony on September 20, 2023.
The ADP Canada Award for Rising Star of The Year celebrates future HR leaders, recognizing those with 5 to 10 years of impactful experience and a demonstrated commitment to the profession.
Sarah joined Skyline in 2015 as a Human Resources Administrator. Over the next eight years, she progressed to Director of Skyline Living’s HR team.
Over the course of her career, Sarah has enhanced Skyline’s wellness programs and introduced pivotal internal systems. Alongside her colleagues, she also created (and continues to facilitate) Skyline’s award-winning Leadership Development Program, of which she has been a mentor to many aspiring leaders. Sarah was awarded Skyline’s “Golden Pail” Employee Award of Excellence in 2018 for her exemplary efforts.
